Irina, Your reply is appreciated and I know it is offered in genuine sincerity. I’ve been with Webs a little over a year and have used every method of support available (including Haroon’s blog) to get my webstore and shopping cart fixed to no avail. I’,Oakley;ve used live chat (just last week) but still no fix. The chat CSR was helpful and sent a request to engineering but my shopping cart is still messed up and my inventory feature still does not work.

I have set inventory limits in the options field on all items since I first set up the store. The feature simply does not work in my store. It’,Discount Oakley Sunglasses;s supposed to reduce inventory incrementally as products are sold and it does not. It’,louis vuitton;s also supposed to set the product to sold out and it does not. I am forced to manually reduce inventory and set the product to sold out with each sale or risk overselling a product that is no longer available.

Now the shopping cart stalls out when customers add over 4 items. The live chat person tested it, got the same errors, sent it to engineering and their question/answer was for me to check my Google merchant ID (which by the way hasn’,louis vuitton uk;t changed since I first set up the store over a year ago). BTW, how is that relevant if the customer never makes it from the SHOPPING CART to the checkout? It’s the SHOPPING CART that has the problem! The shopping cart is a Webs application is it not?

I added the voice mail feature to my site at the top of my sidebar and put a message in my webstore to my customers to contact me if they have issues with the shopping cart and I received a call last night. I ended up having to process the order from PayPal using a manual invoice. I had one customer who instead of using the shopping cart to accumulate her items simply bought five items, one item at a time! What is the purpose of a shopping cart if you can only buy one item at a time!

I don’t know how many sales I’ve lost since only the most dedicated buyers will take the time and effort to notify me of the issues with my site. If Webs is counting on its premium users to fund the free users, Webs MUST put more resources toward finding solutions to the critical issues that are being presented. I have over 1700 items in my store and a nice customer base built, or I would have bailed out already. If Webs can’t fix my store soon, I won’t have a choice.
