Dallas craft beer

Amid suitable fanfare, the Whole Foods Market chain opened its latest and largest location in the North Texas area this week at Park Lane and Central Expressway in Dallas mere mile-and-a-fraction from the existing Central Market at Lovers Lane and Greenville Avenue.

In case you are unaware, the Austin-based Whole Foods and San Antonio-based Central Market are competing chains of upscale grocery stores with tons of organic products and various eclectic and specialty goods. Whereas Central Market (part of the H-E-B chain of groceries) is more general specialties, mac duggal ball gown, Whole Foods focuses more on organic, health-related and fair-trade local products,http://www.tianyulamp.net/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=679645.

Why list local grocery stores in a craft beer column? Among the hard-to-find imports and exotic fruits and veg, both Whole Foods and Central Market locations carry a fairly wide and impressive selection of craft and imported beer. (If you are wondering, craft beer is quite the wholesome product and in keeping with the Whole Foods independent,http://www.bbccons.com, organic and healthful philosophy, evening gown.)

Although the selection at these stores is not the best you will find in the Metroplex,http://mbafever.com/activity/p/117183/, both chains often carry a better lineup than many dedicated liquor and alcohol merchants. The new Park Lane Whole Foods is no different, with an entire aisle dedicated to (claimed) 600 different brands of domestic and imported brands.

Another benefit these two stores offer is that locations often allow customers to mix-and-match six-packs of beer, evening dresses 2013, or just buy single 12-oz bottles individually. This can be a real boon if you enjoy experimenting with new beers but would rather not waste money on an entire sixer of something you may not like.

Also, because neither sells liquor both stores are able to sell beer and wine on Sundays, another advantage over limited local spirits and bottle shops. So swing by either a local Whole Foods or Central Market location (several in North Texas) for your next beer run, prom kleider lang.
