As a result of removing these substances from the list of restrictions,Flower Charms, the Commission has requested that the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) prepare a dossier by 19 November 2012,Green Beads, assessing whether the use of cadmium and its compounds in plastic materials, other than those listed in the Regulation, should also be restricted.
