KEVIN PIETERSEN believes England need even more killer instinct if they are to be talked about in the same breath as the greats.The West Indies and Australia teams that ruled the world for a decade or more made life so unbearable for the opposition they didn’t want to turn up for fear of getting a hammering.Pietersen knows how it feels to be on the receiving end.
