STOCK. 2 qt shrimp stock. The best stock is the liquid left over from a shrimp boil. All you have to do is SAVE the liquid from the shrimp boil. Save the shrimp SHELLS, too! Put the shells back into the liquid and boil for about 15 minutes. Then pour through a strainer into freezer-safe containers, mark and freeze for later use. If you're a little short of 2 qt stock, add some dry white wine.
