red? Who is at Mistake then for wrong hire?Isn t it the improper structure or indecisive people at top HR level not been able take call whom to assign what would be best. Then, why are we blaming it to Junior Level Recruiters,toms shoe store? Secondly, its important to have a structure and division of work within the Recruitment Team, which is always missing in small Recruitment or Mushroom Recruitment firms,toms shoes reviews. HR Professionals with lesser experience and skills should be given responsibly as per their potential and delivery, which will increase with time and experience. We often see such imbalance in small Recruitment set-up where the structure, team and healthy completion are missing and we find each member running for their share of percentage than self growth and learning.A article also talks about a Junior level HR people confronts several challenges in delivery. Its not the PROBLEM of the junior chunk but rather the organization and the Senior chunk who are not providing opportunity of learning and growth to their subordinates. Junior Level HR chunk need more training and exposure than Senior HR people as they are naive to the industry.
